Our Range
Cold-weather indoor footwear built around warmth — fleece and sherpa linings, thermal
uppers and soles that stay quiet on a cold floor.
Case Studies
Winter programmes we have run for discounters, private-label brands, hotel groups and
online sellers — from a two-style seasonal drop to a full container.
What we get right
Winter footwear is a small product with a lot of ways to go wrong. These are the four
things we hold to on every order, whether it is one style or a full seasonal range.
-
Winter Material Control
Every lining we use is measured and logged. Fleece runs 260–400 GSM, sherpa 300–340 GSM, and each batch is checked for warmth retention, colourfastness and pilling before it reaches the line. That is how a winter slipper still feels warm in February. -
Thermal Testing and QC
We run in-house checks on lining weight, sole flex and bonding strength, and we commission third-party slip and abrasion reports on request. Cold-weather footwear lives or dies on warmth and grip, so both are tested before shipment. -
Fast Sampling and Tooling
Our Cixi sample room turns a sketch or a reference shoe into a wearable winter sample in 7–10 days. Existing lasts and moulds cover most plush, bootie and clog shapes, so first-round tooling is often not needed at all. -
Seasonal Logistics
Winter orders land on a calendar. We plan production in waves, hold capacity for reorders, and ship from Ningbo or Shanghai with cartons marked to your plan. Barcodes, hangtags and mixed-size cartons are handled before the container leaves the factory.
Our Partners
We work with distributors, marketplace sellers and hospitality suppliers rather than
only with end customers — each channel needs a different slipper and a different carton.
